  My husband and I stopped over in Cunnamulla for one evening. The hotel looked nice but it was over priced, so we stayed for dinner at the restaurant. Unfortunately that evening they were short of staff, therefore the owner had to cook. We waited 50 minutes for our dinner. Our steak was over cooked and my stir fry came with spaghetti noodles instead of rice noodles which was indicated on the menu. The food was terrible! I did feel sorry for the owner, but the service and quality of food we received was very disappointing and we didn't even receive an apology for the delay or for the wrong food served to us. The only highlight that evening was the live singer who sang beautifully. I would never go back here again.

  Top experience. Clean, comfy and modernized room. Friendly and very accommodating hostess; thank you Pieta. Ideally located, within easy walking distance to all one might need in this iconic FSWQ town. The evening meal was also tops and very welcome after a few days of almost non-stop travelling.
